It's all about having fun in the sun with this year's Inglewood Sunfest! This year we're adding more things to see and do, including an antiques road show with Brian Lehman, certified Canadian Personal Property Appraiser and contributor to CBC Radio and Breakfast Television to give free appraisals. We'll still have all those favorite activities for the whole family. Starting at 11am on July 31, the street will come alive with performers, vendors, and fantastic food. Plan to come down and make this a family tradition!
This year we've got some exciting new activities planned for the Sunfest. Inglewood Sunfest is excited to announce SPLASH - a new initiative to raise funds for charity at the 2010 festival. In keeping with our summery theme the merchants and vendors at Inglewood Sunfest will be creating their very own Signature summer drink that festival goers can sample with the purchase of a SPLASH shot glass. All the proceeds from the
sale of the shot glasses will go to the chosen charity for the year.

Fringes are uncensored, non-juried theatre festivals. The first Fringe started in Edinburgh, Scotland in 1947, and has grown into one of the biggest arts festivals in the world. The second-largest Fringe Festival is in Edmonton, Alberta , and draws nearly 800,000 attendees a year! Hipstoric, chillaxed Inglewood is proud to be home to the Calgary Fringe Festival, hosting performers and performances, and with lots of participating merchants who are excited to welcome this year's Fringe Festival to Calgary.
